Program Parameters & Restrictions

  • Limited to 10 spots — once they’re filled, no exceptions.

  • Participants must complete:

    • All 8 coaching calls (one reschedule allowed with 24-hour notice)

    • Weekly check-ins via Trainerize

    • Action steps assigned each week

  • No refunds for no-shows or non-participation.
