3-Month Ascent Balance Plan – Terms & Conditions

Commitment & Payments:
This is a 3-month commitment, billed upfront at the alumni-only rate of $378.00.
No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.

Coaching Sessions:
Includes 6 bi-weekly private coaching sessions (15–30 minutes each, via Zoom or phone).
Sessions are focused on accountability, mindset, and light program adjustments to support ongoing progress.
All sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within the 3-month timeframe.

Trainerize Support:
Includes continued access to the Trainerize app for workout tracking and in-app messaging for quick questions, motivation, and accountability.
Workout updates are minimal and based on schedule or progress needs, this plan does not include full reprogramming.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation: Once enrolled, the 3-month program must be completed. Early cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued.

Other Important Notes:

  • This plan is non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled participant.

  • Participants are expected to engage in Trainerize, follow programming, and communicate any adjustments needed.

  • All sessions and support must be used within the 3-month period—unused sessions do not roll over.

  • This structure is designed to maintain consistent accountability, clear progress tracking, and sustainable results.
